Q: What areas do you rent your equipment to?
A: Kelowna, West Kelowna, Peachland, Penticton, Summerland, Oliver, Osoyoos, Vernon, Lake Country and Oyama.
Q: Do you charge a delivery and set up fee?
A: Delivery/pick up and set up/take down is free for the inflatable movie screen and bouncy castle in Kelowna, West Kelowna and Peachland *In some occasions there may be a delivery fee applied to these areas. There is a $99 set up and take down fee that includes delivery and pick up for the Marquee letters & numbers. * There may be additon charges outside of Kelowna, West Kelowna and Peachland.
Q: How do I book?

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: No cancellations within 7 days of your booking date. All other bookings cancelled prior to the 7 days will be subject to a $7 service charge for processing fees.
Q: Do you accept deposits to make a booking?
A: No, we do not accept deposits, all bookings must be paid in full for your booking date and time to be confirmed.
Q: Do you take a damage despoit?
A: Yes we do, the damage deposit for the movie screen package and bouncy castle are both $400. The damage deposit for the Marquee letters is dependent on the quantity of letters or numbers you have included in your rental.
The damage desposit is processed the day of your rental onto the credit card provided.
Q: What time of the year does Purple Rhino Event Rentals operate?
A: We are open all 12 Months of the year for our Marquee letter & number rentals
The Bouncy Castle operates April-November (not in the snow or heavy rains)
Movie Screen package 12 months of the year but is weather dependent
Q: Do you cancel if it is bad weather?
A: For our Bouncy Castle and Movie screen we will cancel in heavy rains, storms, strong winds. Your safety and positive experience is our priority. Our Marquee letters are waterproof but we do not recommend them in strong winds or sitting in the rain.
Q: Do you supply the computer or set up to play the movie off the projector?
A: We have a laptop for rent for $50 otherwise you can use your own for free
Q: Do you do package deals?
A: You bet!! Send us a email or give us a call and we would happily put a package together for you
Q: Can you stack the marquee letters?
A: The letters and numbers are self standing on flat grounds but we do have a stacking rack to stack the letters on top of each other for which is $55 to rent. In some situations if you have a table or a ledge we may be able to stack them at no additional cost.
