All bookings and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed. By making a booking, the client acknowledges that they are responsible for attending the event as scheduled, regardless of circumstances that may arise after booking.

No refunds will be provided due to illness, injury, personal emergencies, change of plans, travel issues, transportation delays, weather conditions, acts of nature, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, interruptions, or changes caused by severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, venue closures, government restrictions, road closures, public health events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If an event must be cancelled or significantly changed by us due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative date or other suitable resolution where possible. Any such resolution will be at our discretion and subject to availability.

By completing a booking, the client confirms they agree to this Cancellation & No-Refund Policy.
